At Heavenly Feet, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a seamless process so you can find the comfort you deserve without any added stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
